CUBASE is the family of alkaline copper plating processes with and without cyanide, suitable for direct copper plating on iron, steel, zinc, die-cast zinc, and zinc-containing alloys, providing excellent adhesion to the base metal. CUBASE produces ductile and bright deposits across a wide range of applied current densities.

DECOP SYSTEM LINE

DECOP is the family of acid copper plating processes that allows for both exceptionally bright, highly uniform deposits with excellent leveling power, and matte copper deposits that give electroplated items a distinctive and refined appearance. The DECOP family processes are ideal for decorative applications and can be used as the optimal intermediate layer before any nickel, bronze, or precious metal finish. DECOP processes require only a small number of maintenance additives, making them simple to manage.

NIGLOSS LINE

NIGLOSS is the family of next-generation nickel plating processes for ductile, bright, glossy, and highly leveled deposits with excellent mechanical properties and minimal sensitivity to copper and zinc contamination. With NIGLOSS, it is possible to achieve both bright white and highly uniform black finishes. The NIGLOSS family is characterized by high throwing power, ensuring excellent leveling properties at all current densities.

CODARK LINE

The CODARK family of tin-cobalt alloy deposition processes consists of advanced electrolytic solutions designed to create high-quality deposits with excellent functional and aesthetic properties. Operating in an alkaline environment and at moderate temperatures, they deliver outstanding results for both barrel and rack applications.

These processes are characterized by excellent throwing power and high cathodic efficiency, making them ideal for achieving uniform deposits even on complex surfaces. CODARK stands out for its ability to produce a glossy black finish, resistant to abrasion and oxidation.

CODARK ensures a uniform, high-quality deposit that retains its properties over time. The concentrated additives used in the processes are stable and allow for effective management both during tank setup and in bath replenishment.

NILOY LINE
(tin-nickel)

NILOY is an electroplating process that enables the electrolytic deposition of a nickel/tin alloy, producing a black/gray finish similar to gunmetal. This process is distinguished by its high stability and ease of management, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.

Thanks to the absence of fluorides in its formulation, NILOY avoids corrosion issues both on treated parts and on the equipment used, ensuring greater durability and operational safety. The process stability makes it particularly suitable for both rack and barrel applications, guaranteeing uniform, high-quality finishes.

TINLUX LINE

TINLUX is a highly stable acid tin plating process, distinguished by its brightness even at low thicknesses and by the excellent solderability of the deposit. This process is characterized by outstanding ease of management, requiring only one maintenance additive to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

VEGA LINE

Vega is the family of lead-free, nickel-free bronzing processes. It enables rapid deposition, extremely bright and spot-free deposits, and is easy to maintain over time. The Vega family processes are typically used as an intermediate layer before Palladium, Palladium-Nickel, Silver, and Gold baths.
